Order - Judge Clarkson S. Fisher, Jr. – Short-Term Judicial Recall.

It is ORDERED, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, that Appellate Division Judge Clarkson S. Fisher, Jr., who will retire on pension November 29, 2022 and having given his consent, is hereby recalled by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system, other than the Supreme Court, effective November 29, 2022 through June 30, 2023, or until further Order; and 
It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this period of recall service, Judge Fisher (1) will be temporarily assigned to Part F of the Appellate Division of the Superior Court, and (2) will serve as a member of the Committee on Opinions (Rule 1 :36-2).
