Order - Judge Charles E. Powers, Jr. – Resumption of Judicial Recall

SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY 

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge Charles E. Powers, Jr., retired on pension and having given his consent, is hereby recalled by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court for two years, effective immediately through February 13, 2025, or until further Order; and 

It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall, Judge Powers will be temporarily assigned to the Civil Division of Superior Court in Bergen County (Vicinage 2).
