It is ORDERED that effective November 14, 2022, Superior Court Judge Chad N. Cagan is hereby assigned to the Criminal Division of Superior Court in Monmouth County (Vicinage 9). This will amend the 2022-2023 General Assignment Order dated August 15, 2022.
