Order of In-House Counsel Ineligibility for CLE Noncompliance 

                    The Supreme Court Board on Continuing Legal Education (Board) having reported to the Supreme Court the names of the New Jersey In-House Counsel (IHC) who have failed to comply with the mandatory continuing legal education (CLE) requirement for one or more of the compliance­reporting years from 2011 through 2022, or failed to have demonstrated that they are entitled to an exemption from the CLE requirements; 
                   And the Board having given notice to each such attorney that unless all CLE requirements were met and the attorney's compliance reported, the attorney's name would be published in the New Jersey Law Journal together with an Order of the Court declaring the attorney ineligible to act as New Jersey in-house counsel; 

                  And good cause appearing; 

                  IT IS ORDERED that each attorney whose name appears on the attached Ineligible List shall be ineligible to act as New Jersey in-house counsel, effective October 17, 2022; and it is further 
                  ORDERED that each attorney whose name appears on the attached Ineligible List shall remain ineligible to act as New Jersey in-house counsel until the attorney submits to the Board on Continuing Legal Education a completed and certified compliance-reporting form, copies of all certificates of course attendance demonstrating compliance with the CLE requirement, all unpaid noncompliance fees, and a reinstatement fee of $100; and it is further 
                  ORDERED that this Order and the attached list of attorneys shall be posted on the Judiciary's website and published in the New Jersey Law Journal no later than October 17, 2022, and that a copy of this Order shall be sent to each attorney whose name appears on the attached list at the attorney's address of record.
