It is ORDERED that effective immediately and until further order, Appellate Division Judge Thomas W. Sumners, Jr. is designated as Acting Deputy Presiding Judge for Administration of the Appellate Division pursuant to Court Rules 2: 13-1 (b) and 1 :33-4(g).
