Order – Conclusion of Appellate Division Judge Clarkson Fisher’s Temporary Assignment to the Supreme Court

SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY 

      The Honorable Clarkson S. Fisher, Jr., P.J.A.D., having been assigned temporarily to the Supreme Court on September 1, 2022, by order dated August 15, 2022; and 
      Judge Fisher facing mandatory retirement from the New Jersey Judiciary, effective November 29, 2022; and 
      Judge Fisher having waived his continued temporary assignment to the Supreme Court, effective the date of this Order, pursuant to New Jersey Court Rule 2:13-2(a); 
      IT IS ORDERED that Judge Fisher shall return to the Superior Court, Appellate Division; and 
      IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Judge Fisher shall continue to participate in matters that were presented to the Supreme Court prior to the date of this Order.
