Notice – Landlord Tenant – Conclusion of Pilot Programs in the Essex and Camden Vicinages

The Supreme Court in its October 27, 2022 Order ("Future of Court Operations - Updates to In-Person and Virtual Court Events") provided for landlord tenant trials to proceed in person, rather than virtually. To align with that statewide direction, the pilot programs for alternating in-person and virtual calendars in the Essex Vicinage and the Camden Vicinage are concluded.
