Notice – JEDS Enhancements to Electronic Filing of Dissolution Complaints in the Family Part

Beginning on July 7, 2023, all dissolution/FM complaints electronically filed through JEDS - the Judiciary Electronic Document Submission system - will receive a filing stamp and a docket number immediately upon submission. This is the first of multiple enhancements to FM efiling that will be implemented over the next year. 

Attorneys who have an interest in assisting in the development of future enhancements by providing feedback and submitting test filings should contact Kim Madera, Assistant Director, Automated Trial Court Services at
