Mercer Superior Court Judges to Conduct Virtual Election Hearings
 

Mercer Vicinage Superior Court judges will be available to conduct remote hearings for challenges and other election related issues requiring court intervention during early voting sessions from Saturday, October 29 through Sunday, November 6 and on Election Day, November 8, 2022.  

Court staff will coordinate the virtual proceedings. Appearances by petitioners, election officials, and attorneys will take place by video or telephone.  

Voters seeking to present a matter before a judge should contact the Mercer County Superintendent of Elections at 609-989-6750 to set up a same day hearing before the Court.
